Alice is an actress, improviser, singer, writer, and creator. AND she's funny......for a girl.
Two of my favorite things are laughing and making other people laugh. My whole childhood I was raised to be funny. Yes you should feel slightly sorry for me. But for the longest time I didn’t want to be the butt of the joke. I wanted to be a "Serious actor," but finally I realized that chasing that was seriously untrue to who I was.
I spent all of the college years trying to figure out what kind of artist I was. Film or stage? Comedic or dramatic? Classical or contemporary? Singer and dancer? And before I was exploring that I went through a huge journey of figuring out if I wanted to be an actress or an athlete. In my high school years I travelled the country playing way too much volleyball at a very competitive level. Now I realize all of these things and so much more are a part of what makes me a versatile and dynamic artist.
So please laugh at me and with me but most importantly create with me, because I have a lot I want to say.
I attended Utah Valley University where I graduated with my BFA in Acting. I graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Dean's Merit Award. During my time there I loved serving as the Executive Secretary for Utah Valley University’s Student Government.
I’m from Utah but currently located in New York City. I am a stage actor, singer, dancer, and film actor. I am known for my stand out stage presence and dry comedic timing. I love improv and was the Captain of UVU’s improv team, and won Best Short Form Actress and Best Emcee at the Utah Collegiate Improv Festival. I'm currently taking classes at Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC.
This winter I made my Off-Broadway debut in Bloody Finntown at the Players Theatre. In this new work I played Helena, a leading role. I've recently been on set for EASE Logistics and The Society of HR Management with HEVE Studios.
I spent two of my summers doing Regional rep theatre with Renaissance Now Theatre and Film, switching between Goneril in King Lear and Quince(player) in A Midsummer's Night Dream. While attending UVU I was a part of many college productions. I appeared as Sarah Bernhardt in The Divine: A Play for Sarah Bernhardt at UVU. I also enjoyed connecting with the film students at the University and playing lead roles in many of their senior capstone, and short films.
